If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply contact us and we will arrange for our shipping courier to pick up the item from you at our expense. Some restrictions may apply.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange courier pickup at no cost to you (US, UK, and Canada).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for any items that do not fit, whether too big or too small, any defective items, any items that were sent that aren't what you ordered, and/or those that arrived destroyed during shipping and only for the exact same item. All exchanges are subject to availability and you are responsible for costs associated with re-shipping the new item to you unless it was by our fault that the exchange is or was necessary. Since all items are handmade to order, exchange production times may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fragrances that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
- Open and used socks, undergarments, and/or swimwear
- Any item purchased more than 30 days prior.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
